Welcome to CasaNevo Tepoztlán! We're delighted to host you and hope you have a wonderful stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following house rules:

General Rules
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Designated smoking areas are available outside.

Pets: No pets are allowed unless explicitly approved by the property manager.

Noise and Parties
No Loud Parties: To respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment, loud parties are strictly prohibited. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Music and Entertainment: Please keep the volume of music and other entertainment low, especially during quiet hours.

Amenities and Facilities
Pool : please follow all posted safety guidelines and rules.

Safety and Security
Security: Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Emergencies: In case of emergency, please contact the property manager immediately.

Cleanliness and Maintenance
Garbage: Please dispose of garbage in the designated bins.

Damages: Any damages to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for any unreported damages.

Compliance
Violation of Rules: Failure to comply with these house rules may result in eviction without refund.

We strongly recommend that you arrive by car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful Tepoztlán and all attractions while allowing you to visit the magnificent Mexico City quickly. As you already know, we offer free parking for up to ten vehicles.
